2. If you have ordered the Welcome Bread & Spreads or the Dessert Bar, please let your check-in volunteer know.
3. If you have purchased wine, you may pick it up from the ‘Wine Pick-Up Station’ at any time. Wine bottles will be listed under the name of the purchaser.
4. Pre-ordered picnics (created by Chefs Justin Beckett, Aaron Chamberlain, and Malone Deever) will be delivered throughout the night at predetermined service times that vary by table. We will be contacting table hosts to notify them of the service time assigned to their table(s) by Friday. Please note that if you are not seated at your assigned table at your scheduled picnic delivery time, your picnic will be left on the table.
Tables, Chairs, Linens & Lighting: All tables will be pre-set with white linens, white chairs, and placed in long connected rows under ambient portofino string lights. Each table seats 8 guests.
Table Hosts & Sponsors - What To Bring:
Sponsors and Table Hosts bring plates, cups, utensils, centerpieces, candles, and fun accents to compete for best table. Table Hosts are encouraged to arrive as early as 3pm to set up their tables. A designated loading zone can be accessed from 2nd Street, south of Willetta. See map.
Single Ticket Holders:
This year single-ticketed guests have been assigned tables so that pre-ordered picnics will arrive at the right table at the right time. Find out your table at check-in. Please note that if you are not seated at your assigned table at your scheduled picnic delivery time, your picnic will be left on the table.
Huss Brewing Company locally produced craft beer available for purchase during event.
Bring Your Own:
Guests are welcome to bring their own picnics if they have not already pre-ordered.
